Customized Metal Parts After-Sales Policy

1. Warranty Period
- 6 months from delivery.
- Start Date: From delivery date or on-site acceptance date
- Warranty Extension: Optional paid extension available

2. Warranty Coverage
- Free repair/replacement for defects in material, workmanship, or dimensional non-conformity (per drawings/inspection reports)
-Free technical support: remote diagnosis, phone/email guidance, on-site service (as agreed)
-Free rework for parts failing final inspection due to manufacturing error

3. Response & Service Time
-24-hours response to complaints/defect reports
-Remote troubleshooting: resolve within 12 hours if possible
- Repair completion: 15 working days for standard issues; complex issues agreed separately

4. Return & Replacement Rules
- RMA required: All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number
- Return window: 30 days from delivery for manufacturing defects
- Free replacement: Defective parts replaced at supplier cost (including round-trip shipping)
-Refund: Full/partial refund if repair/replacement fails to meet specs

5. Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Improper use, installation, operation, or maintenance
-Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
- Normal wear, corrosion, abrasion, or aging
- Damage from accident, force majeure, or environmental factors
- Non-conformity caused by customer-provided drawings/materials

6. After-Sales Process
1. Customer submits defect info: photos, dimensions, inspection reports, PO number
2. Supplier confirms defect within 24 hours; issues RMA if applicable
3. Agree on repair/replacement/return; implement within agreed time
4. Follow-up & satisfaction survey; improve quality control

 7. Lifetime Support
 - Paid repair/replacement after warranty
- Spare parts supply for 5-10 years
- Technical consultation for machining/assembly issues
