1. All customized metal parts shall be manufactured strictly in accordance with customer’s 2D drawings, 3D models, technical specifications and agreed tolerances.

2. Materials shall conform to the specified grades, and material certification (MTC) will be provided upon request.

3. The supplier shall conduct full inspection or sampling inspection before delivery, including dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, geometric tolerance, appearance and performance.

4. Inspection reports such as coordinate measuring machine (CMM) reports can be provided as required.

5. Any defects caused by raw materials, processing technology or poor workmanship shall be reworked, repaired or replaced free of charge by the supplier.

6. The supplier guarantees that the products are free from defects such as burrs, deformations, cracks, scratches or damages that affect assembly and use.
